@kezo, To be honest I’ve given up on supplements and sleep hygiene, they work for some but wouldn’t work on me. I don’t even get drowsy with Nightol which I believe is an antihistamine. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s usually 4-5am when I get to sleep. Insomnia is common with my condition but I don’t want to go down the route of full on sleeping pills. Amitryptiline works a bit but there’s increasing evidence to suggest it’s not great long term.
