Thanks kezo, I’ll have a look at software. I’m okay for noise levels as our house is 100 years old approx, and is surrounded by trees within about an acre of gardens. My nearest neighbour has a home recording studio I believe and I thought about asking him for tips, but his wife sadly died of cancer recently so it’s too soon to intrude.
I only did soundproofing because my daughter wake’s at a pin drop when the TV is on. Unlike your wall’s mine are paper thin and she can be loud, very loud.
