Will go up to £100 Kezo Thankyou for your help but I would get them with a new tv I’ve got a lot of thinking to do this week

Hi Mike yes I agree your jumping the gun a bit and a TV is more important at this stage and maybe the money would be better spent on a better panel. As a quickie Sennheiser momentum, Sony Xm3. To throw a set in the mix here – I bought mrs kezo a pair of genuine Lenovo GM2 pro from their China store on Ali. She watch’s TV via Virgin’s app, Youtube and music and has never complained about any latency issue’s. They cost about £10.50 delivered in 12days. More on this at a later stage.

I want to throw somehing into the mix for you to think about. Firstly don’t dis Hisense as a brand, they are probly better known here with their well respected high end short throw projectors and make budget to flagship TV’s that compare with most brands. They have been in business since 1969 when they started making radios, their global motto is to make quality goods without paying for the badge. In the same sense Hikvision are Chinese and among the best CCTV – seen in banks, supermarkets etc.

If you upped your price and went for he Hisense U8H 55 around £750 and one of the brightest sets on the market, you would be getting a TV with the latest mini LED technolody. It is on par with the second from the top flagship Samsung neo Qled QN90 (mini LED) that costs just under £1200. Rtings say’s the Hisense has better native contrast, the sammy has a bit beter processing – They both score 8.7 for mixed content viewing.

I can’t find a comparison of the UH8 vs QN90, but came accross one comparing it to Samungs top flagship S95b that costs nearly £1500 55″ . With out a doubt the S95b wins but as the video say does it win at double the price? (Don’t get confused in the firdst vid – Samsung don’t make Oled and never have and Samsung dn’t list their flagship as oled)

If you don’t want to pay that much, there is the model below it the U7H that is also mini LED. If £599 is you budget the Hisense U85H Oled like the rest here, will be far superior to the Samsung Q60B. Asides I have no issues with brightness in your room as my brother is happy with the U85H Oled in is conserortary! Hisense standard guarantee is 2yrs but you can get up to 5yrs with some retailers and 3yrs with john lewis I believe. Remember there is no perfect TV that does everything perfect.

    Hisense U7H

Anyway  its food for thought Mike, giving you something to think about and I’m happy to help where I can + its your money and youve got to be happy with whatever you go for. Happy reading 🙂
