    The one thing that hasn’t improved much with the advances in technology is the accuracy of fuel gauges. The SEATS used to be quite accurate at low mileage. However, some of the others we had over the last year were hopeless and would read half a full but 20 miles down the road were a quarter full.

    The Mercedes GLB is probably the worst of all.  I started my 20 mile journey tonight with 39 miles left.  When it drops below 20 miles left, it gives up telling you have far you can travel.  3 times the car has stopped because of no fuel. I now carry a fuel can  just in case.
