Toms Guide isn’t so impressed with the Samsung Pros +Great color performance and motion handling +Excellent smart-TV features +Plenty of HDMI ports +Superb gaming support Cons -Unimpressive backlight and HDR performance -Limited viewing angles -Middling sound quality
I would agree as per picture quality as it’s only edge lit rather than full backlit and has no local dimming zones and is only an entry level quantum dot as mentioned last night. However because t has aquantum dot filter it would be seen as an upgrade (colour depth) to his current set.
Freeview play very handy to have
Almost all, if not all TV’s have freeview play, at the sizes you are looking at.
Looking at picture quality alone you will not beat the Hisense oled when looking at its got full array local dimming, as each of the 8bn pixels can individually turn on/off and adjust colour. The depth, clarity, contrast would be far superior at this price point. To get anywhere near you would have to go for Samsung’s high end QN series. But as I keep saying you have got to be happy ?
