One of our neighbours purchased a ex demonstrator top of the range ID5 lovely car in metallic red, after a week or so the car was driving them insane, having to reset the screen to the right setting, switching some irritating function etc, on2 occasions the took over the steering and damaged the alloy wheels, in the end they had enough, they part exchanged it for a new Volvo XC40 EV.
The Volvo dealer already had a buyer for the ID5 and gave them more in part exchange than they initially paid for it, so somebody loves them.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
