I think the DoT are going to get involved sometime. You’re not allowed to use a mobile with your hands, even it’s affixed to the dashboard. Yet, you can stretch to reach the touch controls on a screen, just to activate car controls?
You’re not even supposed to operate the in built sat nav, using the screen, whilst driving.
It’ll probably take a fatal accident, due to having to use the touch screen. Before, main operations have to be manual switch gear.
