Having looked back at last 3 quarters it seems your model has always been over £2k AP. So there is obviously an error somewhere. However you should not be paying RFL Unless you use your allowance for another vehicle.
My Tuscon showed I think £265 RFL on the invoice along with VAT from what I can remember, but none of that matters as its a dealer invoice only and Motability do not pay the dealer, rather sort payment out with the manufacturer. When I think about it, I never had a dealer invoice with my previous car (Skoda)
The AP for the T Roc 1.5 DSG sportline is £2699 which he paid, so the actuall vehichle invoice means nothing. However he received a second invoice for the sum of £740 which he is questioning. The £740 relates to factory fitted optional extra’s and which I think he is clarifing. The question is did Alan authorize these extra’s or not!
