I think you probably need to sit down with the dealer and go through the invoice line by line, you need to understand why the road tax has been charged and ensure what the AP was when you ordered the car.
My feeling is there are probably plus and minus adjustments to be made on the invoice, it doesn’t appear to be a simple case of having to pay the dealer additional funds.
