VW have said there listening to customer and are going to change back to real controls, at least ones that require changing while driving.
Trouble is they’ve taken too long to listen and will take years to design these controls back in and just looking at the Mk3 Tiguan coming out late 2023 there still in there so that’s at least another 3 years of touch controls minimum in that model.
