It’s not just you, I can’t justify anything much over £2000, nothing I’ve looked at will save me enough in fuel costs to get anywhere near covering the AP.
I need a large SUV for access, being 6′ 5-1/2″ with worsening mobility problems. I tried to get into a Nissan Rogue while I was in the USA with my Autistic son and couldn’t manage it, it’s the same height as my current Seat Ateca!.
The X-Trail looks to be ideal but not a chance at those prices!, I’m hoping to go look at a Mazda CX-5 when renewal time comes along (due to change in July) but I may have to stick with what I have now.
