I have had the CX5 for well over four years and love it. The build quality is as good as a BMW and we find it very comfortable. Quite a high car to get in and out of and ours has the HUD which is great. If you are a laid back driver, it will really suite you as the throttle is just a loud peddle. A lot of noise and not much oomph. I have towed with it and it was good, well behaved. A comfortable car for two or four people for sure, it is surprisingly large.
I am very happy to keep my CX5 as I wait for the ID3.
The biggest let down has been the MPG. If you are a hypermiler, look elsewhere.
