There seems to be some better news from Hyundai UK about those push backs to July 2023 have been experiencing. I finally received a response to my contact with Hyundai UK. My expected delivery to UK has been brought forward and can now expect my Kona EV Ultimate to arrive at Tilbury by 21st March 2023.
I could feel the frustration being released as I read the email. Of course there was no explanation given as to why I had been pushed up but given the amount of cancellations that have occurred, it is easy to see that build dates have become available.
My advice to everyone that has been pushed back is to contact your dealer or Hyundai UK and check to see if you have also been pushed up the Production Line.
It is only a 50 day sail from Ulsan to Tilbury, given that February is only 28 days, all of a sudden March seems just around the corner!
