Did the sales guy say you couldn’t have a reduction in AP before or after you said your wern’t willing to give a deposit?  The only time I have paid a deposit is when Ive ordered optional extra’s that needed paying upfront.
Just to add a quick edit -They did say the Tecna trim of the QQ E-power wouldn’t be added but it arrived in Q1.
