On the 3rd January I thought I would buy a new ACER laptop to replace my ageing Acer laptop, bad move, I had to pay an extra £119.99 for the Microsoft Office 365, 10 days later the new Acer laptop failed, I took it back for a refund, but have lost the Microsoft Office 365 and my £119.99.
Well they things happen in 3’s, so I guess youve had yours 🙂
I would contact Microsoft explaing your situation and ther’s a slim chance your get a refund or a good will gesture.
I use Micrrost office pro 2021 that lasts the lifetime of my laptop £59 for a retail copy of ebay.You could get a lifetime 365 subscribtion for less. Rather than paying yearly.
What Acer did you buy?
