Sorry to read the bad turn of events @Oscarmax I take it you went to rip off PCW? Should have gone for open office suite which is Free open source soft wear. I have used it for years.
It came with Microsoft 11, I just needed Excel for my spreadsheets, is the link for Office 365, i have windows 2007 on my old computer it is more than good enough for me.
And yes we went to PCW, apparently we will have to wait 4 weeks for service centre reset the laptops operating system before we can install the windows 365 to another computer?
I am going to cut my losses my old laptop works fine.
As regards the Podpoint EV charger an engineer is coming out on the 19th.
As regards the Outlander display monitor, Mitsubishi service centre have been A1, they are fully aware of the problem it could be several months before change the monitor, in the mean time I cannot access the majority of the settings.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
