Yes, it is the MPG horror stories of the MHEV Sportage that is putting me off. I am really not sure what to do, as both are appealing for different reasons. The QQ performance was quite underwhelming, as i expected it to be a bit quicker to pull away when at roundabouts. I thought that being a hybrid it would have been abit sharper. I assume you would go with the QQ? What car do you have currently?

Ive had the Tuscon since early last year, so same engine as the Sportage and I’m getting no better mileage that reported on the other thread 27-29 local and 38-39 40-42 if I’m very light footed on a long trip. Long term average over is 32mpg. The GPF is the worry as it will use more fuel trying to clear it and both the Sportage and its sister the Tuscon are having major problems. Hyundailast year said they were aware of the GPF probem and will come up with a software update in due caurse, where as Kia hasn’t said there is a problem yet.

Are you looking at MHEV QQ or the E-Power ?
