Having sat in my neighbour’s GLB this morning, I see what you mean about where the auto gearstick would be and the touchpad thing. The gear select on the stalk was odd also. Not sure if I could get used to that. A pity as it is a very roomy car.
Yesterday, I did go and look at the two vehicles I was thinking of if I stayed on the scheme, the Skoda and VW Tiguan. For many reasons, I have ruled these out – so I will be leaving the scheme come May when my current lease on the Tucson ends. Just a pity they no longer make a diesel Tucson.
I am not really a fan of BMW’s, so I will look into the Audi X range next week and possibly any others that spring up.
I am not really in a rush as I explained above, I have a 10 year old land rover 90 auto I can use once the Tucson goes back at lease end. However with seemingly less diesel vehicles being available generally, I don’t wish to hang around too long.
