Hi there just wonder if anyone’s experienced the below? I ordered a Kona Ultimate in metallic black in June 22.
Promised del Dec,Jan, Feb and last week was pushed out to July.
I was then offered an alternative Kona Ultimate in blue which is a cancelled order and arrives February. I said yes to the cancelled order taking the revised colour over the black one originally ordered.
The new car colour is a solid whereas original was metallic.
First world problems I know but the original colour is £600 extra if I was buying the car so in fact I am taking a slightly lower grade vehicle, is it worth challenging the dealer at all?
