i’m driving a 2 year old hire car with noisy brakes (rusty rear discs) and dealers say part on back order, no idea when it will arrive! What options do i have?
First thing I’d be doing is contacting Mb or the RAC which hire vehicles have to go through and asking for a vehicle that suits your needs and you feel to safe to drive.
Then it is amatter of do you wait for your car to be fixed or request an early termination, which will leave you at the back of the Q. That is if there anything on the scheme that suits you.
