Your figures for how much one lays out on the scheme over a 3 or 5 year lease are very enlightening. I have never really considered it – war pensions just paid direct to Motability and what I never had I never missed so as to speak. That is the simplicity of the scheme I liked.
However, as you say choice is now the big problem. Costs not so much.
I am now even more certain that vehicle purchase is the way ahead. Am in the fortunate position to pay outright so can order what I want.
Was there anything specific about the MB GLB you found unimpressive? It has moved to the top of my list, so any info from a user would be helpful. Looking at the GLB 220D 4matic AMG Line Premium Plus Night Edition. A neighbour has a GLB AMG Executive and rates it highly.
