If I’m reading your question right, your already in an extension to your lease, if so depending on how long will decide whether you get any more GCB ontop of the remainder of the £250 GCB (£600). I’m sure there would’t be any pro rata payment on your initial AP after surpassing 3yrs, nor do I believe there would be a termination fee.
