What provision would you suggest, AtoB_Dude? Apart from perhaps advising those people not to get an EV?
Indeed, thats ok for now but what about when you can only get an Ev or phev on the scheme. They giving help to those that have the ability to charge a lot cheaper at home, but it is still alot more expensive if you cannot. Surely that will effect the mobility of those the mb scheme is in place to support who cannot charge at home and may lead to higher costs, than it currently costs them with ice cars.
