The MB account sadly doesn’t mean much other than the dealership told them that they’re going to order the car, which they may or may not do.
I agree Rene as @ChrisK also pointed out it will show if Mb are indeed aware of the car in the first place, but, it does not mean the dealer as actually ordered it.
