The e-Power X-Trail looked interesting but a couple of reports say it only gets mid 30’s in the real world,
That sounds very much like the e-4orce (4wd) rather than the e-force your talking about.
Most if not all reviews Ive read or watched have are with the e-4orce. As you say real world economy is mid to high 30s depending review you read/watch. The acclaimed combined mpg of the e-4orce is 43. It worth remembering with these reviews, that most car journo’s don’t half like to put a car through it’s paces like flooring it, to see how quick it gets from 0-60mph and how quick it gets from 30-50-70 in eco, normal or sport mode. In reality something you won’t see a daily driver do. Never the less an acclaimed mpg of 43 is still relativly poor, but can be expected given its 4wd!
on the otherhand the e-power has a more realistic acclaimed mpg of 48mpg, which given its a big car isn’t bad.
