    One thing I would suggest to Laura is to open a Motability online account as that will show if the car has been ordered with Motability but hastened to add does not mean its been ordered by the dealer but gives piece of mind that Motability know the car should have been ordered.

    If you do this right now and your dealer ordered the belated car this week chances are your order should be showing there in.
