Valid comments Glos Guy EVs are definitely not for touring at least i don’t think so. They are in their element if like me you cover just 6k in 3 years and you can have a charger fitted.
I really don’t think the battery tech will ever get to 600 mile ranges, not in my lifetime anyway and certainly not affordable to anyone but the rich.
I love one pedal driving and the instant acceleration is like a drug, very addictive but i have to admit if you do regular long journeys then a good old fashioned ICE is the way to go.
