Hi CherylD89 You will need your customer number, it starts with 1011 followed by six numbers. https://track.hyundai.co.uk I’m afraid the link doesn’t always work, there are many reasons that your number isn’t recognised. There are other ways to get up to date information for your Kona. Hyundai have a facebook page, from there you can use Messenger, they will get back to you quickly. They contact the Supply Team to get you the latest information.
