I did say this a while ago. Lining his pockets with a bloated bonus paid for by disabled people’s benefits is disgusting. It’s not as if he’s doing anything to justify his massive pay. These people are unfit custodians of the scheme which really does need investigating.

Indeed and is a huge part of the many reasons for me leaving the scheme back in june. Say anything about it on this forum though and many don’t like it and don’t want to hear it or see any bad about the scheme and those that run it.

I am not anti scheme, just anti how it’s actually run and how it chooses to use the profits generated from those on the scheme and it is all about profits, as they profit, when do we profit?

Even the new £750 new car payment is from the 10.1% rise in benefit over next 3 years amounts to at least £1,016.26 over 3 years. So they still getting £266.262 more on top of the allowance come april over the 3 year lease. So it’s not from profits and is why it don’t start till spring.

Watch how they start more projects and trials and fund start-ups’ that could maybe help the scheme, but is that the job of the scheme to do so or to fund other charities outside the scheme.

I cannot justify paying such high Ap’s either to lease a car, but also I cannot use the scheme if i do not think it is offering what it should be and that we all been taken advantage of and ripped off, while they line their own and their m8’s pockets.

I got no issue with anyone using the scheme either but people need to be informed and make their own choices. After all whatever I have in my car now benefits me and any rise in benefits me also.  More than 2/3 of my driving life of just over 30 years, I’ve been a private owner and just under 1/3 of it on the scheme. So it’s not like I have no knowledge of both sides, profits will continu to grow as they work on percentages and the higher the values get the more they will make and the investors in the scheme will get paid, but not us the source.
