All sounding positive @Mike700. Whilst my personal preference would be to get a larger car next time (possibly away from the scheme), my wife finds our X1 just the right height to transfer to and from her wheelchair and she fears that an X5, or even an X3, might be too high for her. If so (and if the all new X1 isn’t on the scheme by 2024), I will definitely take a look at the Qashqai. We both like the look of it and the equipment levels seem pretty good in Tekna trim, although Tekna+ would be preferable.
From your photo, I’m pleased to see that the climate control is buttons and not incorporated into a touchscreen. So much better. Mpg sounding good. When reporting back on your mpg achieved on your epic journey, could you please give some indication of what your normal cruising speeds are, to put them in some sort of context.
