Yep they can control when you start charging at, not the time you set it to start and what if there is an energy shortagea nd then you come to time you need to leave and the cars not charged or has not the charge it should have.

I’m eager to learn – and i must’ve missed quite a few things when i’ve read the legislation back in june 22, the few times since and well, right now while looking at it.
