Ive broke down twice, the first I called Mb’s RAC number and the second time used the assist button. Both times led to prompt assistance as each time I said there was a dsabled person in the car.
My concern is if you used the in car sos button, how do you go on with insurance if a replacement car is needed, given its a scheme car and/or the manufacturer used say the AA as their assist provider!
