I’ve dumped my ice car for 2 EVs
Why?
Petrol is too expensive, I get 170miles for £2.50, equivalent in previous car was £36.
It’s easier to plug in at home rather than visit petrol station. Literally 20seconds to plug in and forget.
Ice cars feel like old tech, aren’t easy to drive. No need to visit garages for regular oil changes.
Electric cars are better for the environment.
Electric cars are much better to drive than Ice cars, more responsive when setting off.
I can get free fuel (from solar panels).
They don’t work for everyone, but wow it’s worked for us.
