A to B I’ve read your posts and I understand your need for everything to work as it should. I am a high mileage driver and by changing my habits I have been able to embrace EVs but you are right I have needed to do things differently.
That said I’ve saved approximately £10000 in 3 years and for me using the car like a phone really works. That said longer trips take a little bit more effort. I’m happy to do this to avoid a £120 fuel stop.
Remember most cars are parked for 95% of the day, ideal for charging. Agree it’s not as easy if you can’t charge at home.
