Other than a gingerbread (snap) biscuit I’m not a fan of it. How you finding your new Sage @struth. I had to send my Elizabeth back because it stopped working after 3days. I asked for a replacement but would only offer a repair, so quoted consumer rights and got a refund.
Now it’s dialed in it’s working pretty good. Makes a good coffee with right beans.
Lots of thick crema comes out. Maybe too much at times lol
I often use a 50/50 mix of gingerbread and vanilla. Half a dash of each.
Shame about the Elizabeth. Sage double boiler would be a good pick
