AP is due on the of pick up as you have stated. Once you have entered the PIN the contract is signed and you also handover the AP. Am I correct?
Small point ; on collection day, you pay the dealer whatever the agreed AP is, check your new vehicle over for dents, scratches, etc- and the very last thing you do is enter the pin number – once you’re happy.
Correct. Although I have never understood why the procedure on collection day, is not firstly check the vehicke over, then pay any AP and enter the PIN.
