We have an Ecoair DD1 Simple desiccant dehumidifier which we use in the house.
Our old Jazz gets very damp as it’s not used enough. Running the dehumidifier in the car overnight sucks out cupfuls of water and cures the misting up.
Assuming you don’t have a leak, Windy, I strongly recommend you get one. It will fix your problem.
