I am surprised that this is the new Zafira in Europe I hope perhaps more effort was made with the quality as for @Kezo having a van for 6 years I agree that Renault Vauxhall Vivaro was an excellent vehicle that said a courier I know has just bought a brand new diesel Vivaro and is over the moon with it. Driving style by the way I am what I would call a diesel saver if a diesel can do 65 I’ll get it we live rural and rarely do either motorway or town but an EV needs town I know but I was proud to get the full 143 out of the Vivaro initially I picked it up over a 110 miles away drove home with 19 to spare no issues and of course it was charged by garage so not necessarily as full.
the door panel @rik33 this is a personal annoyance as I hate rattles started about 6 months ago it’s the middle slider behind driver. my normal approach would be take interior panel off load with some deadening and job done, problem is you can’t remove it you can get bits off but seems as though you would have to remove the door so not a small or home task do what I did I taped self adhesive Velcro the soft side around the thick edge that creates the seal and that has done the trick certainly not as bad.
