Agree with hayley. You can get the car from anywhere all you gotta do is get there, maybe twice though seeing as it’s your first car on the scheme as some might not take the paperwork they need to process the application, without the claimant being there in person. Some will take the order over the phone and emails of letters DL etc. You can then get the car serviced local to you, it don’t have to be where you get it from.
Here is a link with a few dealers with offers on the ap’s if car is ordered and registerd, some are before 31st of dec. So they might be able to do something quicker than other’s.
