Soft riding is an issue with BEVs, they all ride inherently pretty stiff due to their weight.
The car fitting the bill the best by far would be a C5 Aircross. Most comfortable car available currently, quiet and spacious. More so than the XC40 in all those categories.
In regards to the migraines, as a fellow migraine/cluster headache patient, have you tried Zolmitriptan nose sprays, as well as sumatriptan auto injectors? I found that either deliver quick relief.
