My car should of had a heated screen. However due to chip issues, it was omitted from the build. So spray with de-icer, carefully lift wiper blades and de ice with spray. Get in the car and I just the air con and demist. deactivate vents to floor and mid car just leaving vents to windscreen and fan 8.
It does not take to long to clear. Don’t use wipers until ice has melted or you will ruin them. When I unlocked the car and the folding mirrors moved outward, It sounded horrible as it broke the ice on them. Made me cringe.
