When did they start giving money back as I extended my 2014 C3 Picasso in 2017 for 2 years to 2019 and I never got anything back each week.
Mike is most probably a War Pensioner on WPMS.
Those on WPMS get currently £7.50 per week refunded (which will go upto circa £8.00 per week next April) during periods of Motability lease entension.
Else War Pensioners would be paying more than other Motability customers during the lease extension period as WPMS is currently £7.50 per week more than the other Motability qualifying benefits/allowances.
