Yes same here, the washing gets done as the saucepans etc are finished with and food is being plated, plates etc first rinsed then washed immediately after eating..(we don’t use a dishwasher)..
Must say it worked, however not tried it yet with say a leg of lamb with honey glazed roasted veg around it for example..
