    The other thing I think is important too is Motability do not list any of the extra’s that we pay extra for on our order form from them. I know Motability like to distance themselves from paid by us extra’s even though they are the ones who benefit as much as us when the cars are sold on so you would think they’d have the decency to list those extra’s.

    The only record we get is on the order form from the dealer when we order the car but would be helpful if it was in writing in our Motability account even if Mota don’t have any thing to do with it.

    Pay close attention to the dealers order form when you order because when I ordered my current car in waiting, the dealer forgot about the one and only extra I asked for as they went to put the order forward and could have missed had I not pulled them about it at that minute. Of course that extra could still be missing when the car is delivered but at least not due to not being ordered in the first place.
