Vauxhall are starting to show the Peugeot/Citroen influence from their parent Stellantis group.I’ve been into my local dealership a couple of times recently and been impressed by the new image both inside and outside. They use Peugeot powertrains and floor panels and the Stellantis group ‘design team’ are starting to transform their visual appeal.
Similar to when VAG took over Skoda, some of the Skoda’s today look great with loads of kit as standard. My only issue with the Astra is the price, £42k for an Astra! But that’s EV’s for you, experts predicted the price of EV’s would drop when they became more popular, I just can’t see this happening.
