Sometimes the dealer/supplier offer a courtesy car, or free pick up, also seems some can choose to charge..
my car has been in for one software update/recall expected charge for that, I refused, but came to an agreement they would supply a courtesy car if I waited (advised not to use public transport due to circumstances)..
Some other thing to do with not starting or any power to start, courtesy car provided by Volvo, probably under warrantee
Pick up return for the 12month service, free of charge, I declined a courtesy due a long waiting list…
