I received a call the other day saying my dealership had mistakenly cancelled my car order…is there anything I can do?
Welcome Dave to the lottery that is known as ‘being a Motability customer’. In this modern day and age – how does a dealer ‘mistakenly’ cancel a car order exactly? As someone else has pointed out, you have been deemed as less profitable to the dealer than your private-buying punter.
