I always struggle @mitch especially this time around with the lack of choice. Just like you I was looking at leaving the scheme and buying new or nearly new depending on what I went for. In the end I ordered the Tuscon ultimate December just gone, after much too and froing looking at it. My main concer was mpg (avg 32.5), but took a similar view to you – I could leave the scheme or exchange it if something better came along on the scheme.
The Mokka in all sense of things is a rebadged 3008 albeit maybe not quite as plush. but that does not distract from its overall looks interally and externally, I actually quite like it, sadly was a little small for our needs. My cousin as not long took delivery of EV version and loves it.
Out of the two my choice would be with the Mokka, never been a fan of the Juke. You also get to bank £200 which may help if you chose to leave the scheme at a later date.
