<p style=”text-align: left;”>Still unsure as to what the complaint was – however – I would like to give thanks to a number of people on this forum who I have been fortunate to learn from for almost a year. People who were generous with their time experience and knowledge both whilst waiting for months for their cars and again after receiving their cars – giving tips advice and factual information about their day to day experiences for the benefit of others. Many of us have true empathy concerning the frustration that the wait and the knock backs can bring. This forum has evolved with the moderators blessing – into a forum of delivery issues, but also about the early experience and ownership of the Kona and a sharing of knowledge and experience of ownership – long may it continue with generosity and respect.</p>
Indeed, a strange comment and like you I am unsure what the “complaint” related to? For those expecting to take delivery shortly, this is probably the best time of all, the anticipation and excitement. Roll on delivery day!
