It seems there is now a two tier Motability if you can afford the very high advanced payments for a DFW car, you can have the dealer visit you which used to be on Motability dealer website and order the car and have off-site handover. Now knowing that retail customers can order any car they like on finance and offer to do all this including delivery. My Dealer has come to my property which motability said i could do to order the car but when the car avives which could be six months from now i will have to phone them and again ask for an offsite handover. How many retail os disabled customers want to order a car then perhaps be told in six months sorry you cannot have the offsite now causing more stress and anxiety for me which they know about. I asked them to put all this in writing including that i now ask motability to cancel my order as it make no sense to me of anyone either legally or my MP why they are doing this to me.
